The choice is yours! Whether it’s on your porch, in your garage, or right next to your front door – you decide the perfect place. Just let us know your preferred pickup and drop-off spots when you schedule your service, and we’ll handle the rest, rain or shine! You can put your laundry in any kind of bag. If it’s reusable, we will return it.
You will receive convenient text messages to let you know when the driver is on the way, when your laundry has been picked up and when it’s delivered.
One standard laundry load is approximately 10 lbs. The average person produces 10-24 lbs of laundry per week.
Your laundry is weighed before it’s washed, while it’s dry, on our commercial scales. Any bulk items (comforters, rugs, etc.) will be removed. Those items are charged by the piece. This pricing is listed on our booking site when placing your order.
Our team controls everything from start to finish. We do not use third-party drivers, and we wash your clothes on location, which means they get tagged and tracked throughout the entire process. We keep all customer orders separate. However, if you do have an issue, you can contact us.
Though it is rare, mistakes will happen from time to time. We ask that you notify us immediately so we can work to correct the mistake and make it right.
